OUR POLICIES:​

  • NO KIDS ALLOWED AS GUESTS.

  • No Guests allowed in the procedure room while the procedure is in progress.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Any appointments cancelled within 24 hours before your appointment will be charged half of the procedure price.

 A "NO CALL, NO SHOW" within the 24 hours of your appointment will result in being charged 100% of the procedure price.

RESCHEDULING POLICY:
Rescheduling appointments will be possible if artist is given 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment. Due to limited appointment availability we may not be able to reschedule your appointment until a much later date. Promotional rates may change if you reschedule your appointment to a later date.

LATE POLICY:

Appointments will be CANCELLED and no refunds will be given if the client is more than 15 minutes late to their appointment. Our artists takes multiple clients a day and needs the full amount of time for each appointment. You may schedule a new appointment and may be charged for a same day cancellation fee.

ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT TYPES:

Cash, All Major Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX).

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT:

  • No coffee or other stimulants

  • If you have any questions concerning medical conditions please consult your doctor before scheduling your appointment and bring a doctors note to your appointment.

 

CONTRAINDICATIONS

Although it is impossible to list every potential risk and complication, the following conditions are recognized as contraindications for a microneedling treatment and must be disclosed prior to treatment:

  • Active infection of any type, such as Herpes simplex virus or flat warts

  • Active acne

  • Recent use of steroid medications

  • Cardiac abnormalities

  • Blood clotting or platelet issues

  • Sunburn

  • Recent use of topical agents such as glycolic acids, alpha hydroxy acids and Retin-A

  • Any recent chemical peel procedure

  • Uncontrolled diabetes

  • Skin cancer

  • Vascular lesions

  • Oral blood thinner medications

  • Rosacea

  • Tattoos (not effective)

  • Pregnancy

  • Use of Acutane within the last year

  • Family history of hypertrophic scarring or keloid formation

  • Telangiectasia/erythema may be worsened or brought out by skin exfoliation
